STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing by PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions.
Our software products available on e-commerce platforms are offered as monthly subscription services. The subscription grants clients access to the core product features. Optional products such as Table Barcode and Metanotech User can be purchased separately to extend the functionality of the core product. The client may choose to purchase these additional features as needed to suit their business requirements.
Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions reserves the right to take the following actions:
- For software services: If payment is not received within 7 days after the due date, PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions reserves the right to suspend access to the software until the outstanding payment is settled.
- For physical goods, such as servers: If payment is not made within 7 days after the due date, PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions reserves the right to repossess the goods or issue an additional invoice with a 25% penalty fee, which covers transport and collection costs by the recovery service.
Certain countries apply withholding tax on the amount of invoices in accordance with their local regulations. Any withholding tax will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions will not assume any costs related to the client's country’s legislation. Therefore, the full amount of the invoice will be due to PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions and does not include any additional costs arising from the legislation of the client’s country.
PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions commits to delivering high-performance services in accordance with the agreed timelines. However, none of its obligations are to be construed as a results-based obligation. PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in any damages claims made against the client by an end customer.
Data Privacy and Security:
PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions strictly adheres to confidentiality and data privacy laws. We will not disclose, misuse, or engage in any illegal activities involving client data. All customer data processed through our systems will be securely handled, and PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions does not have any right to use the data for unauthorized or illegal purposes. This ensures that customer data remains protected and used only for the intended purposes of delivering the services as outlined in the contract.
To be considered admissible, PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions must be notified of any claims via registered mail sent to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or the provision of services.
All of our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by the applicable laws in Indonesia.
