1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using siGenZy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept all or part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
siGenZy is an AI-powered personal finance management application designed to help users track transactions, set budgets, monitor spending, and plan their finances more intelligently and efficiently.
siGenZy is developed and managed by PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions.
3. Permitted Use
The Service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PT. Metanotech reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with siGenZy’s Privacy Policy.
Your financial information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
PT. Metanotech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence (e.g., failing to secure your password).
5. Limitation of Liability
siGenZy provides automatic recommendations and analysis based on user input data, but does not guarantee any specific financial results.
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made using this Service.
PT. Metanotech shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this application.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Some features of siGenZy are only available via paid subscription.
Payments must be made in full according to the pricing and schedule specified in the app.
Invoices must be paid within 21 working days unless another payment timeframe is specified on the invoice or order.
Late payments exceeding 60 days may result in PT. Metanotech engaging a third-party collection agency. All additional legal expenses will be borne by the user.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, interface designs, and content within siGenZy are the intellectual property of PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without written consent from PT. Metanotech.
8. Service Termination
PT. Metanotech reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to siGenZy if:
- You violate these Terms;
- You misuse the Service;
- A legal authority requests such action.
9. Submitting Complaints
All complaints or service issues must be submitted in writing via email or registered mail to PT. Metanotech’s official address within 8 days of the issue’s occurrence.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and all related legal matters shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled in the District Court in the jurisdiction where PT. Metanotech Advanced Solutions is domiciled.
Standard Terms of Sale
11. Payment and Late Payment
Invoices for services or subscriptions to siGenZy must be paid within 21 working days unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order.
In case of late payment, PT. Metanotech reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the remaining unpaid amount.
If payment is overdue by more than 60 days, PT. Metanotech reserves the right to engage a third-party debt collection agency. All legal costs related to the debt collection will be borne by the user.
12. Tax Withholding and Related Costs
Certain countries may apply withholding taxes on invoices in accordance with their internal laws. Any withholding taxes must be paid by the client to the tax authorities. PT. Metanotech will not be responsible for taxes or fees related to the country’s legislation. The invoice amount will be due in full to PT. Metanotech and does not include costs related to tax laws in the client's location.
13. Performance of Services
PT. Metanotech undertakes to provide high-performing services within the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations are guaranteed to achieve specific results.
Under no circumstances can PT. Metanotech be required to act as a third party in any claims for damages filed by the client against the end consumer.
14. Claims and Disputes
To be admissible, any claims must be reported to PT. Metanotech by sending a registered letter to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or services.
